Cancellation Policy
At Little Wiggles, we understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises your way, and we're here to ensure your experience with us is as enjoyable and convenient as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy: .
Missed Classes: While we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for missed classes, we have some options in place to accommodate your needs:
Half Term Bookings: When booking a half term course of classes please make sure that you are able to attend all dates. If you need to cancel a half term booking please do so at least 7 days before the course start date, a refund may be made at the discretion of the class leader.
Class Attendance Changes: If you find yourself unable to attend a class, please reach out to us via email as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the class begins. While we can't guarantee availability, our class leaders may, at their discretion, offer you an alternative class. Please note that bookings will not carry over to the next term.
Cancellation by Little Wiggles: In the rare event that we must cancel a class, a full refund will be given for the affected session.
Health & Safety
Participation and Equipment Use: During our sessions, your child's safety is paramount. We kindly request your full attention and supervision, especially when your child is using equipment. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, please be aware that participating in our activities and using our equipment is at your own risk.
Guest Attendance: To maintain class quality, we request that only one adult per booking attend unless you've received prior permission from our class leader.
Food & Drink: Please no food or hot drinks during the class. Cold drinks may be consumed from a lidded cup or bottle. Nursing your baby is, of course, allowed.
Clothing: Please dress your child in comfortable clothing and remove shoes. For classes at Coombes Community Centre please make sure your child is wearing socks. Soft soled ballet shoes are permitted for Minis and Dance & Learn classes. Please avoid any dangly jewellery (adults and children).
You may find it useful to bring a blanket to sit or lay your baby on.
Our adorable Little Wiggles T-shirts are available to purchase- please ask your class leader for details.
Illness and Infection Control
Please do not attend if you or your child are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.
If you or your child have a fever or have vomited or had diarrhoea please leave at least 24hrs before attending class.
Sanitising of class equipment, toys and props will be carried out by your class leader as required
Infectious Disease Control: In certain circumstances, such as the presence of infectious diseases like COVID-19, we may implement specific guidelines. These will be communicated to you via email before attending class. Your adherence to these guidelines is greatly appreciated for the safety of all participants.
Photography and Video
While we encourage capturing special moments, please ensure you have permission from other parents before featuring their children in your photos or videos. We kindly request that you refrain from posting photos or videos of other children on social media or online platforms without prior consent. Little Wiggles may use class photos and videos for marketing purposes, but we will only feature your child with your consent provided at the time of booking.
Class Etiquette
To ensure everyone's enjoyment, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking phone calls during class. Let's keep our phones on silent mode whenever possible. Conversation is encouraged during the free play section of our sessions, but remember that the children thrive when everyone is fully involved in the songs and activities.
